Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Octissio ("Octissio," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit https://trackxm.com (the "Site") or submit the Contact Sales form to learn about TrackXM, our enterprise experience management and survey platform.

This policy applies to the marketing Site only. If you use the TrackXM product as a customer, separate product terms and privacy commitments may apply under your agreement with us.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact form. When you submit the Contact Sales form, we collect your full name, phone number, and work email address, along with technical metadata needed to deliver the submission (such as timestamp and browser user agent).
  • Communications. If you email us or respond to our outreach, we retain the content of those messages and related contact details.
  • Server and security logs. Our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, request timestamps, and referring URLs for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies on the marketing Site at this time.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to sales and product inquiries about TrackXM;
  • Schedule demos, follow up on requests, and communicate about our services;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases for processing

Where required by applicable privacy law, we process personal information based on your consent (for example, when you submit the Contact Sales form), our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to help operate the Site. Contact form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which processes form data on our behalf according to its own privacy practices. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process limited technical data necessary to serve the Site.

We require service providers to handle personal information only for the purposes we specify and in accordance with applicable law.

International transfers

Octissio operates from Canada and Pakistan. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We retain contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain a business relationship, and meet legal, accounting, or compliance requirements. Server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support team. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
